This is an amazing opportunity created by the state of LA that allows students to begin their post-secondary education at a smaller, more affordable 2-year college and later transfer all their credits as a junior in the 4-yr institution of their choice. You must declare that you are doing the transfer degree upon registration into the 2-yr college.
